How do I submit an application?

Applications may be accessed through the rental listing page. Available rentals can be viewed here.


Is there an application fee?

Yes, there is a non-refundable processing fee of $50. The application fee will be charged before the application may be submitted.

How long will it take to process my application?

Applications may take 3-5 days to process. Please make sure to provide all necessary documents and references to ensure that your application will be processed in a timely manner.

What is your pet policy?

Properties that allow pets may require an additional pet deposit and rent increase.

Pet insurance is required for larger breed dogs (25+ lbs). We do not accept aggressive breed dogs (see the list here).

How do I schedule a showing?

Private showings are reserved for applicants only. Open house showings are available for those who wish to see the rental prior to submitting an application. Please call our office for open house schedules.

What are the minimum requirements to rent?

  • All individuals aged 18+ who will occupy the unit must submit an application

  • Credit and background check must be processed

  • No evictions on record

  • Must make at least 2x the asking rent, income must be verified

  • Must have valid references

  • Renters insurance required - must provide proof of insurance within 2 weeks after move-in

  • Security deposit and full rent due at the time of move-in

What are your lease terms?

12 month lease minimum, unless otherwise specified or agreed upon. If you have any questions regarding lease terms, please contact our office prior to submitting an application.
