 Frequently asked questions

  • Tenants can conveniently and securely pay their rent through the online Tenant Portal using credit, debit, or e-check! We do recommend paying with e-check to avoid paying transaction fees. Tenants may access their portal via the following link: Tenant Portal

Please call our office if you need any assistance with registering or accessing your Tenant Portal.

Rent can also be paid in-person at our office located on 708 21st St during our office hours (scroll to the bottom of the page for our hours of operation). Please pay rent with certified funds only, such as cashier’s check or money order with your name and address written clearly. We do not accept cash or personal checks! Be sure to keep the receipt stub for your records until a receipt becomes available online.

  • EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE: If you are having a maintenance emergency such as fire, downed power lines, or any other suspected emergency issues, please exit the building immediately and call 911. For gas leaks or suspected gas leaks, please exit the building and call PG&E at 1-800-743-5000, and then notify us immediately by calling our maintenance line.

To help streamline our systems and ensure that all maintenance issues are handled accordingly we require all tenants to submit a maintenance request via the Tenant Portal or to call/text our 24/7 Maintenance Line at 661-689-5352.

  • Tenants should review their lease agreement prior to submitting a Notice to Vacate to ensure that they’re moving out after the lease term has expired. Tenants are required to submit a written Notice to Vacate through the tenant portal or by email 30 days prior to their scheduled move out date. Tenants are required to pay for their last 30 days of tenancy, and may have to pay a prorated rent.

  • Tenants can expect their security deposit return and/or a disposition letter within 21 days after surrendering the keys. Please make sure to provide us with a valid forwarding address before, or on your move-out day.
